Pricing & Packages
- What's included in each pricing package?
- We publish every package and its real price — no hidden tiers. Starter Site ($299 one-time build + $50/month hosting) — Budget entry point — a professional site without committing to a monthly plan. Business Starter ($650 setup + $349/month) — The complete online presence — website, Google Business Profile, email and brand, managed monthly. Business Premium ($1,000 setup + $600/month) — Everything in Business Starter plus Local SEO and full social media management. - Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
- Absolutely. You can move between packages at any time — we'll adjust your billing from the next cycle and carry your site, content and settings across. Plenty of clients start with a one-time build and move onto a managed plan once the enquiries start coming in.
- Do you offer custom quotes and add-ons?
- Yes. Anything outside a package is quoted before we start, and we keep a set of add-ons you can bolt onto any plan: Google Ads management ($500 /mo + ad spend), Photography session ($400), Menu design ($200), 4-video bundle ($500), Domain email setup ($79), Logo / brand kit ($249), Shopify setup ($499). For larger or unusual projects, book a call and we'll price it properly.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept e-Transfer and bank transfers, and monthly billing is available on every package. Prepay 12 months and you save 20% on the monthly fee — that is the only discount we run, so you never have to wonder whether you're getting the best price.
Timeline & Process
- How long does it take to build a website?
- We typically launch in 1–2 weeks once we have your content and approvals. Our streamlined process means you get online fast, and rush delivery is available if you need it sooner.
- What's your design and development process?
- We follow a 5-phase process: Discovery → Design → Development → Testing → Launch. You have input at every stage, and nothing goes live until you've signed off on it.
- Can I request revisions and content changes?
- Yes. Every package includes a set number of content edits each month — prices, hours, services, photos, whatever changes in your business. The exact monthly allowance is listed in that package's inclusions on the homepage, and anything larger than an edit is quoted up front.
- What happens after my website launches?
- Launch is the start, not the finish. Your monthly covers hosting, SSL, backups, security and ongoing updates, and on the managed plans we keep working on your Google presence, email and content every month.
Booking & Support
- How do I book a consultation call?
- Click the 'Book a Call' button in the navbar. You'll be able to pick a time that suits you and tell us a little about your business first, so the call isn't spent on the basics.
- What should I prepare for my consultation?
- Have your business goals, the customers you want more of, and any design inspiration ready. We'll ask about your timeline and what a new customer is worth to you — that's how we work out which package actually pays for itself.
- Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
- Yes — ongoing support is part of the monthly fee on every package, starting at $50/month. That covers hosting, SSL, security, backups and regular updates, so your site never quietly breaks.
- How do I contact support if I have issues?

- Is my website mobile-friendly?
- Always. Every site we build is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop — most local searches happen on a phone, so that's where we design first.
- Do you handle SEO and Google Business Profile?
- Yes. On-page SEO fundamentals are part of every build. Our managed plans go further — full Google Business Profile management (audit, keyword optimization, regular posts, review and Q&A handling) — and our top tier adds full Local SEO with technical fixes, schema, citations, local link building and monthly rank tracking. The pricing section on the homepage shows exactly which package covers what.
- Can you help with website content?
- We can write your content or work with what you already have. On our top tier we also shoot it — a full onboarding photo, video and drone session, then a maintenance shoot each month so your site and social never look stale.
- What if I want to improve my existing website?
- We do redesigns, performance work and feature additions on sites we didn't build. Book a call and we'll audit what you have before recommending anything.
