What this role actually looks like

• Search Google Maps for businesses in a local area → find one without a website → call or message them → introduce Paragon → gauge interest → log the result.
• Identify local businesses across target industries using Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook.
• Make first contact via cold call, DM, or email using proven outreach scripts.
• Handle common objections around pricing, need, and timing.
• Log all outreach attempts and outcomes.
• Pass qualified leads to the next stage.
• Represent Paragon's values in every interaction.

What you'll earn

• 10% commission to start — climb the tiers to 13% as you close deals.
• Cash bonuses: $25 on your first deal, plus monthly and tier milestones up to $250.
• Paid by Interac e-Transfer — uncapped income.
• Refer other specialists — each hire adds +1% to your own rate (up to +3%).
